hmm...not too sure if they track by IP...but since I've voted already I don't see the vote button for any other floats

it does track your IP. I have just tried signing up with compltely different info and it doesn't allow me to click the vote for anyone else!

Going to signup on my desktop now and see if I can do it from there.
