i haven't lived at home since i was 16 so both my parents haven't really been introduced to EDM at all (i was listening to angry and emo rock back then)... i made my mom listen to Airdrawndagger one time while we were driving somewhere, but she said it was too repetitive. i didn't expect her to enjoy it, but i wanted to see if she'd even give it a chance. i probably should have started with a CD that isn't so weird.

both my parents are classical musicians, so i think they could appreciate certain elements in EDM, but i don't think they could ever look past the fast repetitive beats and filthy OD-inducing basslines.
