when I was younger I use to worry way to much about things...especially in my university years....when I was 15 I had a stomach ulcer due to stress.

Nowadays I don't worry about things and don't let stress get to me. What doesn't get done today can get done tomorrow. There is only so much you can do in any given day so work hard, play hard and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.

I dont worry a lot. Yes i know thats hard to believe.

Yes i do express myself a lot and have strong opinions. But i definately dont worry as much as most people. Especially about daily life events. Most of what happens in this world is beyond my control so why should i consume my energy worrying about "what if"

(side note... it is fun to debate politics and what ifs in that context but that honestly does not translate into most of my real life)

I do however take as much care of the people i care about as i possibly can to ensure their well being.

Caring about others doesnt mean you have to be worried about them constantly. Thats just unhealthy.

I'm the biggest worrywart.

I used to worry quite a bit until i lived in greece for the last 7 months. The worry-free lifestyle has rubbed off on me and i like it!!

Worry about the things that you have influence and ability to change.

Everything else? Don't waste the emotional energy.

One of my biggest worries is the well being of friends. Since I cannot change their actions I should not care?

10 , my fucking anxiety kills me sometime. increased heart beat ,dizziness and headaches.
