wOOOOOt NYE looked amazing but it's true they won't get enough people on a weekly or whatever basis to continue making a profit. It would be ideal for events but what would it be used for in-between them

The kind of profit they'd have made on New Years Eve, a huge rave every 2 months would be enough.

The rest of the time? Hire it out to live bands at an inflated price. It's not like the NEC and other arenas around the country struggle to find artists or fill the place regularly. If they did, there wouldn't be so many of them.
