It was pretty easy to get out of that hut/cabin you know. Haha, after some steps you could have an brilliant converstation to an talking skill which is sooooo damn funny.
Ah, you were talking about a skull. Already thought that but Moongoose confirmed my thoughts

Well, I managed to find myself a copy of MI3. Too bad the game crashes every couple of minutes. The third time I finally got out of the cabin (the first 2 times the game crashed before that point), but then the game crashed during the cutscene
Anyone knows some patches or anything that will make this game run smootly?

i remember curse of monkey island (part 3); i just loved this game; it was challenging, fun, and the music was great;
in fact, a couple of months ago, i was bored one afternoon and reinstalled it on my laptop, and played through it.
also mentioned earlier, grim fandango; that was an equally (if not better) adventure game. also reinstalled that, but kept getting stuck when i started second cd...
the fourth monkey island was so-so. i wasn't too impressed.

Lucasarts adventure games were simply amazing.
I'd kill to get my hands on a copy of "Full Throttle" again... and I still play through "Maniac Mansion" about once a year...
