The thing is, You need a laptop that has an Nvidia or ATI chip in order to run those high end games. But they are very very pricey and Dell or Alienware are the only companies that make these.

There are also some more less known companies that produce high end laptops and hardware but names escape me at the moment.

Look around, Mario.

Well, The fact to the matter is, The laptop must have either an ATI or Nvidia graphics chipset built in so that you can play games like BF2 on it. Another thing, These laptops use a touch pad and the left and right buttons to control the mouse pointer, But you can hook up a regular mouse to it via the USB ports.

Uh. Okee. Those other companies use said cards as well as many other good ones (Agea, for example).

As for the touch pads, I think we can safely assume that most gamers will buy an actual mouse to game.

You can play CounterStrike or Day Of Defeat, Those games use the original Halflife engine.

Counterstrike and Day Of Defeat can by purchased through digital distribution using Steam, Go to www.steampowered.com and download the software, You then signup for an account to it, Its free, Once you are signed in, With the program running, You can buy any of the games that are available thru Steam and it will download the full game onto your computer directly, And when ever you want to play any of the games you purchase, You start Steam and then you click on the game you want to play by looking through its servers to play online. But keep in mind, The laptop needs a good 3D graphics chip, If it doesn't have an ATI or Nvidia chip, Then your SOL. Those cheap laptops are not built for gaming, They use an integrated chip for the video and it takes up some of the system memory, They can't do 3D graphics, Only 2D graphics. Its only good for old RTS games like Starcraft.

Call Of Duty is a team game. When you play the game, most of the missions are done with other soldiers as a team. If you play online then you will always play in teams. It's tons of fun and you won't regret buying that game. By the way it will work on your laptop.
