Usually diarrhea is acompanied by vomitting. So if you are sick, and have been relieving a lot of fecal matter, your perineum may be raw from the acid and/or the constant wiping.
That is the only logical explanation I can think of. Of course, vomitting uses a lot of exertion, soooo raw + pressure = bad. |
My vomitting isn't usually accompanied with diarrhea, though. The pain comes suddenly and is very sharp. I feel better after a night's sleep, though.
