Who cares what he has done...hes turned himself into a fucking joke.

Also, its pretty easy to count trainwrecks with Oakenfold these days, without even listening too hard at ALL.

First of all I do (and most other djs at least notice them), especially when every other mix is wrecked, second how does counting trainwrecks mean I have no "respect" for him, he played one of the best sets I've heard in a while, I already stated that. Oh and when Oakie was at his peak during his essential mix around the world I was 14 if you are wondering... , still have no idea how that relates to anyhing. Will update my review shortly, great seeing everyone yesterday!

You guys keep forgetting that most people here are diehard, but the average joe - which just happens to be the majority of the people - dont give afuck about a trainwreck. They dont even notice them.

I was there last night, and yes, I heard some really obvious and aweful horse racing going on, but the majority of the wrecks were minuscure. The people I went with, didn't even noticed them, and don't happen to care for them. They all went for one reason, and that was to have a good time with one of the biggest DJs in the world. To make things better, they had a blast!

His wrecking last night didn't bother me at all. I was having a blast regardless. At the end of the night it all comes down to having fun, and I did.

Trainspotting is when a person tries to ID every track the DJ or artist is playing. When you pay close attention and you find joy out of it.

Here's the official defenition... Just replace TRAINS with songs....

"The hobby of watching trains and noting their serial numbers, usu. for long periods of time; by extension, any hobby or obsession with a trivial pursuit; also written train-spotting"

Rightfully said Clovis my man!!!

Also to the guy that keeps talking about Oakie's past sounds like you got stuck in the past and haven't made it past his Essential days.

Enjoy the past buddy!

Sounds to me like your a big Tiesto fan!

You should consider changing your screen name to TiestoIsGod.

Yes, yes we all know what Oakie did back in the day...but lately he hasn't done much. Acutally it even he himself said in a magazine interview recently that he is no longer motivated as he once was.
