Never thought there would be a day when I would agree with Jay and shadow...but here it is

well I hope this strike doesn't take too long, I feel sorry for all the ppl who had to get to work today by other means. I know the taxi ride will cost a bit (cuz now they start the meter at $3.00 which is rediculous imo) and I hope it's not too much of a walk

Since this is an illegal strike...I think it will probably be 4 days...who's taking bets today

Didn't they just raise the price to 2.75 not long ago so these people could get paid MORE?!?!

Holy hell....this is ridiculous. I mean honestly, these people make up to 30 dollars an hour? How greedy can people get?!? I know people that spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on college educations and make less than that!

What about all these people that work in Missisauga, Brampton, Orangeville, etc? I mean yeah there's the GO bus and train but the stupid thing only comes once an hour, and it only gets you so far.
