They certainly don't help the filesharing situation. Plus another shitty thing about iTunes is that they don't offer any MP3's with a quality higher than 128. Perhaps they'll change this in the future because there does seem to be a demand for it.

Really? Were the tracks actually purchased off iTunes though or just used on the program?

Ipods are great, my one has given me no problems in the 6 months I've had it. But I wouldn't buy off itunes, as the files you download seem to be quite restricted.

I have a 30 gb Ipod that i bought from BestBuy which costs 379+100 dollars for the the three year plan+ another 50 dollars for case because it scratches like mother******. In total it cost around 550 cdn, and no it is not worth it, your not going to videos on it because it kills ur battery, so i get u get the 4 gb nano.

My sony nw hd3 i've had it close to 2 years now, I can go about 3 days of using it before it needs to recharge. It's STILL going and I haven't filled that 20gb's up yet lol...

The three year plan I assume is an "extended warranty."
I hate to tell you, but those are almost always a scam.
Like I said, I like the creative zen, but I just don't know where to build my music collection legally.
I guess you guys all fileshare, which I used to do too back in the good ol days.
