Im sure obtaining a second computer and networking them with VST System Link would be your best option. All you need is a good MoBo/CPU spec and the rest could be minimal requirement to let it boot up.

As for DSP cards, not sure about UAD but Powercore with the Virus VSTi is pretty cool as a PoCo runs on the same DSP Chip within a Hardware Virus, but alas PoCo does not support native VST plugs. If you did this route then you probably wouldnt have much CPU space left for VST on ur DSP PoCo, as a MasterX, Virus x 2 and a few Reverbs pretty much maxes out a PoCo
