b-stock is basically open box stuff, things people have ordered and decided they dont want, slight blemished equipment or they culd be an over stock in the factory and they are simply clearing out old batches of equipment. u can save quite a bit and u still get a full warrenty with them from the manufacturer.

nope, they reserve the right to refuse to match if its too low for them . . . .either that, or theyll straight up lie to you and say they dont have anymore in stock.

With my experience Guitar Center has matched ANY and EVERY price I have shown them, but maybe they're just bitches about it out in California, wouldn't suprise me..
