That sucks. when my CDJ's broke last year, I took them to an Authorized service center and I got them back in 3 days. The irony is that Pioneer told me to take them there cuz it would be much faster to get them fixed. The service center is in Cerritos and Pioneer is in Long Beach. Go figure.
