agreed.

maybe part of the problem is cuz they keep bitching, stricking, and raising fairs thus pissing off people that use the ttc off hence causing voilence towards ttc operators.

solution: as simms327 said, give them pepper spray, and tell them to stfu or they'll get fired.

I wonder what kind of people these drivers that get abused are. Not saying that it's the abuse is excusable, but I think every single person here would agree if I said that there's a good number of TTC employees who are the most miserable fucks out there, and they take out their misery on the customers by showing up late/early at bus stops or taking off when they see someone running for the bus instead of waiting.

These guys should consider themselves lucky that the general public hasn't crucified any of them yet
