Not hardly. Class actions work on contingency, and no attorney gets close to that high of a percentage, it's more like 1/3 of the judgment.

Also, getting anything depends on winning, so the rates are higher than if they were just billing by the hour, to offset the loss incurred when a case isn't successful.

Still, you only get $5, but the point is that the company pays.
