Strange as this might sound.

I do hope that Holland are second place that way I can enjoy the fans turning up in thousands in Nuremberg. What a party ahead to look forward to .

TURN IT OFF BRO

They haven't impressed so far though.

Wouldnt be bad if Holland would win, because I would love to see a win over Holland in the quarter-finals. But I think it isnt realistic, so I think Argentina will win 4-1.

Its never bad to see Holland loose.

Argentina also will be benching some starters eventhough our bench players are just as good. But mainly I think the coach wants to sit out the players that have a yellow card to their name to avoid a second one and miss the next game in the second round. Don't care who Argentina plays in the knockout stage wether its Portugal or Mexico, shit it can even be Angola if Mexico looses and Angola wins, never know.

As for the guy that said Holland deserves it,they don't deserve jack untill you beat all the teams that stand in Hollands way.

Agreed, I love watching them play as well. Especially that brilliant clockwork Orange of '74, '78 and '98 (they should've won it all 3 times). However, I'm afraid the current team won't get very far. They simply seem out of shape, just like France, Brazil and our own squad.

0-2 Argentina

Go Argentina, kick some orange but and make my day

and I agree with Godfather, I'd like to see some good soccer from Holland, but apparently Van Basten is just playing for a good result. Too bad for Holland cause they don't really have the team to do so against a good and experienced team. They should remain with their most important skills, and that is bringing good, attractive and attacking football.
