i'm in the process of making a lot of changes in my life, the job is just one of them. it's refreshing, to say the least.
favoritism IS bullshit, but i tell you what, being on the positive end of favoritism is even MORE bullshit. at my last job, ALL of my supervisors liked me, to the point where they would wanna hang out and shit. of course they're your supervisor and you feel obligated to get a drink with them or something. then something fucked up will happen at work and they will HATE ON YOU dude. favoritism is bullshit fo sho.

+ fucking one. i quit my job because of how much bullshit it was.. it was 3rd shift so i couldn't look for another job without passing out in the middle of the shift. so i quit and the very next week already had another job. you just gotta look, get your name out there.. obvious stuff.
