BOARDS OF CANADA ARE AMAZING!! and they have a new record you should check out, it is great...their old stuff is good as well...

Autechre is great as well...a lil more techy...

Squarepusher i believe lives in Aphex Twin's castle, but on a different Level. Good stuff as well...

Aphex Twin (one dude) is some serious IDM

One person not mentioned yet who is good and has won some awards is Amon Tobin
