Resident Evil is nothing compared to the Silent Hill series, sorry but it's true and if you havent played them yet, I envy you!

I think the series are more oriented towards different aspects of the Survival Horror genre.

Silent Hill is more Horror-Survival while Resident Evil is more Survival-Horror.
