What if it was like a Yugo that hit him and killed him??? Man, I feel bad for this guy.

EDIT: On a possibly related note, I wonder how often this happens? Because I'm ALWAYS seeing just a random shoe chilling on the highway. One shoe. Just chilling. How did it get there? Is it this guys?
