In every release of Adagio for Strings by Tiesto, Samuel Barber is credited. Nobody is trying to say that he was not the original composer.

Everyone knows that Barber composed the Adagio. That does not change the fact that this is quite simply a Tiesto production. Get over it. Haven't you ever listened to a cover song? It's the same principle.
Yes ur right he does credit him, but ther is noobs that will hear this song for the first time and say "that adagio by tiesto is the best tiesto is GOD"!!!!!.BTW lets just say 50 years from now some producer makes a release dj x- flight 643 what would mr tiesto say?

People who do a small effort and have some interest in music (like anyone on these boards) do know the original is composed by Barber. Nevertheless Tiësto (or his producer, whatever ) made the composition for the melody himself, as he didn't get any samples from Samuel to rework (well du'h, he was dead )... So he has the right to put his artist name on the cover and credit Samuel for the ideas...

Only some noobs would think he actually came up with the whole stuff himself, but who cares anyway...

(P.s: This thread SUCKS, what an idiot topic is this, threadstarter ?)

More bullshit semantics by an elitist DJ wannabe. The OP (me) wasn't insinuating Tiesto was the composer of the original classical version of the song. Remove the fucking "'s" from the original thread topic if it bothers you so much.

btw: go fuck yourself.
