culebra: you can
1) fly from san juan
2) go to fajardo which is an hour from san juan and take a boat from there. the ferry is $4 and takes an hour. finding they damn dock is impossible.
3) go to fajardo and fly from there. 15minute flight, $30 each way.

we went by boat and flew back.

San Juan's cool too but different. Kinda like a smaller, slightly run down version of Miami.

Our expenses were waaay too high. Definately overshot the budget by three or four times by not planning and booking in advance. Gabe got a good deal - air, hotel, and car for seven days for under $800.

If you have a week, you could do Culebra, Vieques, St. Thomas and St. Croix as they are all next to each other and pretty easy to get to.

hmm under $800 eh? oh yeah thats right...he did get them for an incredible deal. Yeah he def mentioned PR to me but I could NOT take a week off cuz of work...sucks eh
