Nice catch. They were banned as part of this whole tobacco law overhaul we had. Smoking was also banned in public places, any place of employment (unless 85% or more of the employees are family), and cigarette tax was raised seventy-five cents.
I believe the rationale was, cigarillos ook like a blunt and their small size makes them appealing to children. Total bullshit basically.
