Armin at Glow!
Well, here's my story. Myself, my girlfriend, and another couple travelled to DC to get two things accomplished: sightseeing and Armin @ Glow. First good thing: guy at the door knew we were from NY and that I had a digital camera, and he said he wouldn't let me in. I told him I'd take the batteries out and that I couldn't get back and forth to the hotel in time, so he let me take it in. This was followed up with a great comment from him "if i see a flash inside of the club, i'll come and find out. Anyways, the show was amazing, heard Awakenings, Dust Wave, Rapture (AVB mix), as well as many other great tunes, new, classic, and in betweeners. Didn't seem like too many people even knew who Armin was, but when I got there I saw bigjimslade002 with his TA shirt on, and I knew there were some friends prowling about. I was tempted to take a picture, but knew I would somehow get my ass thrown out, so I held out. Armin sprinted out to the mens room, but on the way back, I shook his hand. Anyway, to make a long story short, my girlfriend Lauren knew how much of an Armin fan I was, and we noticed the goregous girl that was in and out of the booth, so Lauren walked up to her, and asked if we could come up and take a picture. She let us up! I went inside, talked to her for a few seconds, and for Armin to lock and load for his next banger. He turned around, was cool as hell, and we talked to him, shook his hand, and I got a really damned nice picture with him. And, here it is for you all to see! Just gotta say, great show, Armin was really into it, tracks were excellent, and damn was the girl with him amazing.

6'4 fella dancing right in front of the dj booth from about 12:30 until the end then that was me. I'm seriously considering catching Rank 1 later this month but actually more looking forward to Ferry Corsten next month. Either way can't wait to see spend another incredible evening with everyone next time around. Lates!
