sorry, i forgot the "fucking stupid" american way of selling stuff. advertising for a much higher price than anyone will ever pay for it (and rebates and all that weird stuff).
still $289.99 ain't very cheap, but i guess you get high end quality with that price and for those how really need something like this it isn't such a big investment (or for the pros, if they want to record their sets for some reason).

I've been looking for something that'll allow me to record from a mixers record out AND plug in a mic at the same time. Anyone know of a good little device for this?
P.S. I totally love the Japanese subway sample they give on the M-Audio site, brings back fond memories of my trip to Japan lol.

i think he recorded one of his 9 hour sets last year...... the entire fucking thing - and if i recall, it was one shit show of a night. i'll see if he will hook me up with that at least, as i'm sure a recent set would be out of the question
