I am sore from my massage yesterday, so I think another massage is outta the question.

Advil worked ok. Tigerbalm works awesome, but the smell gives me a headache...

I just heard the other day that after a massage you body gets really sore and you can get sick from all the toxins that were released from inside your muscles....lets hope this isn't happening to you.
