kudos to SBS for taking a chance with this polemic show

the Brasilian "city of men" series beforehand was great aswell, if you liked "City of God" you will also like this show as its set in a slum and by the same directors

and i got suckered into watching part of that french film afterwards, "the copy is more beautiful than the original" bloody existential french and their platonic musings i fell asleep when he imprisoned the hooker he kidnapped inside his house

I didn't think it was that grusome. The dissection wasn't really detailed enough to be gruesome. I was hoping for more detail in the dissection. It was interesting with the flaying of skin and connective tissue underneath. Pretty impressive too with following the nerve all the way down the leg. Having said that it wasn't absolutely riveting, I think mainly cos I've heard all the theory parts before I was wanting more of the dissection than discussion.

I'll definitely be watching the next few weeks though.
