yes seriously we don't need another thread about this.. we don't need a discussion about a discussion!
Whether or not you on your own like trance personally is not going to keep the promoter down the street from losing his trance night or losing a lot of $ from bringing in a DJ and not having the attendance.
I dont think people make such threads to get attention, its the new people who join the forum who make threads like that. They see people flaming Tiesto and AvB; and its confuses them; and they make a thread asking if trance is dead or we dont like it and stuff.

Exoteric knowledge is knowledge that is publicly available, in contrast with esoteric knowledge, which is kept from everyone except the initiated.
in order for this "is trance dead" knowledge to be exoteric, it would have to be publically available. Since whether trance is dead or not doesn't seem to be publically available since people keep asking that here on the webboard. It would be esoteric knowledge. So shove it
