I agree with you here Tricia. Leaving things in people is a lot bigger deal than just..."Oh I fucked up that sale." I'm sure leaving things in a person is able to cause serious dangers and possibly death in some occasions. Good thing it hasn't happened yet, but do we really want to wait for that to happen?
