Gotta goto work now, but heres a quickie bit of usefull information for those under siege
"black light" ultra violet light is primaryly only visable to humans infact astralprojecting foes get blinded like being in a absolute pitch black cave if you flood the room with it, if you selectively shine that light upon you alone you can "cloak" yourself from them.
If they psychially manfiest themseleves show no mercy and render onto them just desverves.
Also transfering "yoga" energy to a projectile weapon's projectile will give it the ablity to strike those that are unseen, but close enough to attack you diemsionaly. Also just using oh say nerf weapons or laser tag weapons is more then enough for mortal wounding strikes! no need to fire "real" guns to get the job done. No waking the nehibors even! outstanding. don't forget things like pocket change sand water wind etc!
Also these are self defense techqiues primarly effective in home defense though they could be taken on the offensive.
Also thinking thoughts like I raise a greater ward of evil/bad/good protection on my house does have some effect! rember to repeat it over and over again for greater effects (try out random things like that) think the thoughts in your head, say them outloud, chant them play a mp3 recording all night long etc be creative!
