Gaiten is still involved in the Circa project, it's the Hingson group that is out. And it's easy to see why they are out if you re-read the article. They sound pretty shady.

circa is still a go. Hingson has nothing to do with it at this point. But if you like bonzai, fez batik etc you should be worried.
