doubt a blackout will happen but planned brownouts might be an option if they can't meet electricity demands.

I think we were the only city (Grimsby) not affected by the power outage...

In other news, it's not a matter of "running" out of electricity, it's the strain the infastructure has to withstand that fails.

I wish I could relive that night!!! I got so stoned and drunk and it was just absolutley CRAZY!
