That's why I said "not all" and "probably" Jamie. I know a girl that got breast implants...not big ones. She felt very uncomfortable in her own skin b/c she had VERY small breasts. She wouldn't even wear a bathing suit. So she got implants that suit her body. I think they look very natural.
