Although he's not trance, you can't go wrong with Ulrich Schnauss. He definitely has a hypnotic, trance-like vibe to his music though. It's pretty slow...around 90 to maybe 100 bpm.

Oh yeah, love that track, gives me the chills. It's so spacey...makes you feel like your in some void or dark dimension...or some film noir or somewhere floating in space... really amazing feeling, esp during that breakdown. Another one I would suggest..a newer one is Tigerhook pres Randall Jones & Phillip Charles "Cold Dark Stars", nice, deep and spacey...
