it sucks. yes it does. I know how to use it. I've used word to write countless reports and even my thesis. I am talking about Word's usability when it comes to making formatting changes. Try making formatting changes the way you want and you will realize how irritating that process can be. I fixed the shit yesterday night and went home at 4:00 AM. Woke up late today, missed a couple of appointments
