Tutorials on how to make "Standard" trance synth sound from scratch. Supersaws, plucks, strings etc.

For grouping channels in Live, you can also use other audio channels instead of sends. Just select the destination audio channel as your channel output instead of "Master". Also, with sends there will still remain the dry signal.

perhaps sidechaining the bass once it's now compressed with the kick would be cool.

I think a tutorial on groupings in Ableton would be great.

Like if you want all your highs to have the exact same EQ how to send them all to the same channel.

If not then a tut on layering bass perhaps.......

or..... is there anything that ableton can do better than any other sequencer?

anything at all booster to be honest, just grateful you have the want and the time to help

Hey Chronosis,

I spent a few moments of thinking why I didn't use routing to another audio track! Well, I come from using Reason...and I kinda wanted to know how to do this "groupping" in any sequencer, that's why I went the sends way. Sends are in every sequencer...even in those which dont have groupping or running to one audio track possibilites.

So I think the only reason for me doing it this way, is that I just wanted to have a way that is universal...
