Of course it does, but it's so worth it. The momentary, fleeting sensation and satisfaction when you pull one off makes it worthwhile, a trade off I've made many times. I dont regret any of my scaring from scabs I've picked.
When I was a kid, I was ALWSY getting into trouble and scraping my knees apart. They're littered with scars.
