customer service is just as bad .... used to work at a walmart back in the days, shit the amount of stupid people that walk through the doors...

The only thing worse than dumb people (they don't know, and they don't know that they don't know) are ignorant people (they don't know, but they think they know) - aka those live based on assumption.

Don't generalize. I'd rather talk to the uneducated person, and prove I can educate them, rather than assuming, and looking like more of an idiot.
