hey everyone. I've decided that instead of writing up this whole stupid thing, im going to instead make it into an avi so that people can view and watch as I go through step by step. I feel this way, everyone will get a better idea of what I'm doing exactly. The video will include myself speaking through each step of the production process. I'm going to put a lot more work into this than I thought I would, but I assure you that it will be well worth it. Sorry for the delay

I know I always seem to repeat myself, but if I don't happen to catch this when it's done, please PM me about it and I'll put a link to it on the master list. Having some videos on there would be great!

Sounds great Diginerd. Alright everyone the long awaited wait is finally over. The video is kind of long, but it's well worth it since there's so much to learn from it. This is mainly oriented to novice/intermediate users, but this might also help out some others that don't know some tricks. I'm no genius at producing, but I feel I have a few tricks up my sleeve that some might not know about.

I'm uploading the video in a second, but if someone could pm me a place and some info I could post it permanently then that would be GREATLY appreciately. This way we could have it always posted up. So who's willing to donate some webspace? I'm trying to make the filesize a little smaller than it already is just for faster dl and quicker ul speeds.

Inside of the flp I also used Fruity Notebook so that people that don't want to download the movie can also follow through with just the flp and my writing. I feel I've gone into pretty good depth with most concepts except effects usage since that's almost entirely dependent on the effect the producer is trying to achieve. Automations are only used a small amount just to give everyone a brief overview of some techniques they can achieve using them.

I've split up the video into 5 different sections, but I'll give a more indepth idea of what the video is about when I upload it somewhere. So someone respond quick and we can get this show on the road. I'm going to be away for about 10-15 mins, but someone help me out here!!

Awesome! Sounds like you put a lot of work into this. I don't have any place to host it PERMANENTLY but I definitely look forward to checking it out.

How big is the video? I might be able to help you with the hosting (no promises though - depends on the size).

For the record, Diginerd is a different character on here. I know our names and writing styles are somewhat similar, but my ghey-blue-purple text should be the giveaway.
