i got my vip tix in the mail today and i wanted to find out how vip works at the vanguard from someone who has experienced it before and there is a seperate entrance too right?

Last time I saw PVD at Vanguard, I had regular tix but noticed some people coming into the club from the door to the food area (faces Hollywood Blvd), so I assumed that was either the VIP entrance or the unattended door where everyone was sneaking in for free...
