I was there and it was damn good. Unfortunately, most of the time the real DJ was a Macbook ... but it's understandable - I cannot imaginge a 6 hour live performance with no break.

Is this Gabriel or Dresden? Because he was doing all the work 90% of the time while the other guy went away with some girls.

That's Josh Gabriel. When you look at a movie of them of last year at Spirit NYC you can see the same thing; Josh Gabriel behind the laptop and Dave Dresden playing with the mixer and talking to girls .
That was also a very long but great set!

there aint a d/l-button in this thread. there are 2 options to get the set;
1) you go to G&D's website, and listen the set live over there (and perhaps rip the stream with some software)
2) go to www.themixingbowl.org => if youve never been there before, first register. then click on torrents, and browse the torrents database for the G&D set. or simply click THIS to d/l the torrent. use azureus or whatever to dl the set with the torrent you just donwloaded. if you dont know/never heard of torrent; i wont explain that. thats too much for me rght now
