I <3 stuttering. I use CDJ mode and I use the search buttons to find the very beggining of the kick/snare/hihat/note whatever.

Plus it's not really that small, it's in no way musical what so ever. it's like you're listening to your favourite tune in your car when all of a sudden the cd starts skipping like mad.
That's what the noise reminds me of.
Actually that could be a good poll for the cdj1000 and cdj800 users..

It is almost infinitesimal. Sure vinyl mode is my preference, but you won't find me complaining if I use CDJ mode because the difference is almost non existant (function is equivalent).
I don't agree with your musical/non musical argument because skipping through a vinyl record isn't very musical either. But I guess some people think reverse kick drums at 500bpms are musical and I can't argue with them.
