Mine would've gone to somebody else (probably Zabiela or Holden), but after seeing Matthew Dear & listening to a bunch of his sets (yes, I'm aware of the Dear/Audion difference), he's just on a different level, it seems. Despite the fact that it was a "live" set when I actually saw him in person, it was the best set I can recall hearing, live or otherwise. Perfect mixing, the best progression I'd heard in a long time, and just top-knotch tracks. The same basically went for his "dj" sets as well (though, as noted by some, the two are so similar nowadays because of Ableton, there's almost no difference anyways). I had no choice...and I figured more people would know of him as Matthew Dear than Audion, so I decided to use the former.
