and if he's really in it for the money, there are other things to produce to even earn more money

could be, but than there are other genres in which also much money can be earned. He's a very versatile producer so I'm sure there will be some sort of music he CAN produce and earn more money by. You think he's doing it for the money now, I'm not sure of that. I don't think M.I.K.E. really is a producer who's purely in it for the money, he has to support the projects he does otherwise he wouldn't do them. That's the perception I have, ... but I don't know the man personally so I can be wrong.

Eather way, the man has to earn a living and now he's trying to do that by producing a house track. I don't mind, you apparently do. I'll decide afterwards if the track's worth it. Chance will be I don't like it, I'm not into vocal tracks, but maybe this one can surprise me

i perfectly got your point. maybe you didn't get my. this is forum and i can bitch as long as i want. people are bitching about tiesto, avb, a&b and other pop artist all the time, and it doesn't change anything.

look, his productions under m.i.k.e or push or whatever alias will still be very appreciated by me, and i'll still love them no matter what he'll do, but he'll fall in my eyes as a person after this electro-house experiment.

we don't know the real reason why he's doing this electro-house expermiment. Maybe he just wants to try something new, learn from it and improve his production capacities by it. Would that be so wrong? I personally don't think so.

So what's the reason he would 'fall' in you eyes as a person? The only reason I can think of is because you believe he's doing it soley for the money (which you can't say for sure).

and what would you say about his future plans than? He has already declared he's interested in doing something in rock ... not for the moment but in the future

Mike's had that electro influence in his tracks before it ever became a fad. I don't see how he's jumping on the bandwagon now.

why doesn't he try doing idm, prog. breaks or some other experimental stuff. if he really want to experiment... but picking one of the most popular sub-genres today among 150+ other sub-genres of edm is not coincidence.

after all, we all don't have to love him. you are his fan, i'm not, and that's perfectly fine. i just express my thoughts about this situation.

You do have a point ... but maybe he chose this genre because he feels most related to it? We can speculate all day long, we will never know for sure.

Love is a big word . I don't see myself as a 'fan' by the way, I don't really like that word. I see myself more as a person who likes a lot of M.I.K.E's productions, but I'm still capable of being objective and critical. And I also just tried to express my thoughts
