True, but he did say that "As winter is near I will not be going north"

Either way I don't think that we should give up on Circa quite yet. I seem to remember everyone wanting to give up on Sonic when they kept pushing their open date back....

Good point. He may have wanted to cancel regardless whether Circa opened or not.

And to answer your second point, I don't know about Circa. I've read all the articles on it, heard the rumours, but I keep hoping it will open regardless of the controversy. It sounds like it would be a really good club should everything go through (though I won't be holding my breath for that one).

Totally different. We KNEW Sonic was gonna open up and kick ass, sooner or later. And it's not like Sonic was booking all these DJ's well before it was open either.

Sonic > Circa even in the rumours and planning stages.

Too bad. I'm wondering if we'll ever see anything of Circa.
