imo.. slipmats are a waste of money.. i mean first off.. when u spinning how often is your slipmats actually showing.. secondly they cost like $20 bux.. thirdly, you should just keep the slipmats that ur decks came w/ becuase thats money you could be spending on records!

Jocker, those tunes were just strategically placed in shot They are all stored vertically shelved in the correct manner

Hapamoto, these cost me £8.50, so less than a double 12" Import. The mats that came with my decks are the Technics original rubber platter mats so not too slippery!

Of course they don't show when playing tracks but then I don't always have a record playing.

well.. of course you need a real slip mat.. not that rubber shit.. when i got my tables (used) i didn't think the guy was gonna give me slip mats and i was gonna use my old numark slip mats.. haha i didn't give a fuck but he gave me his slip mats anyways..

I don't know about you guys, but my 1200's and pioneer djm 600 are furniture. They are part of the living room. My girlfriend hates concrete block, buy they are sturdy. I have bonzai mats but would like to get some Tracid Traxx slipmats for no real reason.

mine are the technics swirl...black and white...pretty cool...i want those slips that look like velvet...the blue ones....

i also have some wax paper i cut out in the shape of a 12" under ma slips to make em slide better that shit really works too
