Yeah but just because it's pop, doesn't mean it's crap. I mean why does everything have to be this dark, uber-sophisticated stuff all of the time? I have more in mind the instrumental melodies found in tracks. But I mean the pop stuff, whatever it is, I think it's a guilty pleasure that a lot of people have, even some of the people into really underground stuff. I say I hate gossip magazines but sometimes when i'm bored i'll read up on gossip online. I'm sure it's the same with haters of melodic or epic trance...they may say they hate it but when they hear a really cool melody...i'm sure they'd get it stuck in their head as well. So you do have a point there. Not really arguing.
