The notes make melodic sense, certainly not random. The instrumentation is actually very good actually. It sounds like a cross between 'U2 - Where the streets have no name' and 'U2 - With or without you'.

I did think it was more of a build-up riff though, and I also thought it could do with an extra four bars (contrary to what I see typed on TA sometimes, 4 beats make a bar) to add a new progression in the bassline.

But yeah, excellent instrumentation.

saying the melody is awesome will always increase the expectations, and hence, fewer people will like the melody.

i listened to it, not my style.
