I like Luke Fair quite a bit, I wouldn't say that he's necessarily my "favorite" DJ, however both of those sets rank up there with some of the best I've ever heard.

He's definitely one of the best jocks out there right now - His brand of funky house definitely has a very personal edge to it.

Edit: Also, where does he find some of those tunes he drops... God damn! I'm still looking for tunes from that K100 set...

seriously. i want to steal his CD book so badly!

actually, let me re-phrase that... stealing is bad, but i'd give my left boob for copies of all the CDs in his case.

I agree with everything myra said. His live sets are absolutely ridiculous. I swear he's never heard the term "filler track." Heard him play a four hour set at a little beach bar in canada over the summer and it was just perfect. He's also a very down to earth guy, definitely hasn't let anything get to his head. All around class act.

Check out this video I took of Luke Fair in London last July:

[[ LINK REMOVED ]]

I was going batshit crazy while filming, hence the epileptic cinematography

Yeah it was, in that renovated public toilet - you were there? Entire night was ridiculous. Ended with Hoxton Whores - Piano track
He ended around 5, I got home around 6am, and had to catch a train to Wales at 8AM for a wedding Rough day!

I have the Luke Fair / JZ 2004 yacht set if anyone wants it.
