ir i recall correctly..

2 pcb pipes or whatever they are called.. the heavy duty construction ones... a little valve (sp) then in the bottom one we closed it up and only the valve could release the pressure... then we would put pool cleaner and pieces of aluminum foil... waited the right ammount of time and released it from a far..

but if u leave it too long ill blow up... it only takes like 12 bucks to built it so we had a couple of trial and erros.... eventually u learn to time it.

Best part is the noise after you drop the round in the tube... "Ca-TUNK!!!" then it whirres off and then... BOOOOOOOM!!!!

Get a metal or pvc pipe the width of a can of hairspray (well a couple millimeters wider).

Get a block of wood wide enough and deep enough that you can screw the end of the pipe into.

A long nail, a few cans of flamable hairspray, and some shotgun shells will round out your shopping list.

Now figure out how to make a morter...

whats the shotgun shells for?

This one you actually drop in the tube and it fires like a morter...
isnt it the same thing...? we would have it sitting @ an angle.. same as the pic... leave the tennis ball in... throw in the aluminum. close it... run and then pull the string and the tennisball would go flying @ a 45 degree angle.

not quite the same. when you drop the shell into the mortar it ignites when it strikes the bottom of the tube.
